Benefits of becoming a member
Membership to the Matamata Historical Society will introduce you to likeminded people interested in the history of the district.
The Firth Tower Museum has displays which are put together by the volunteers who come to the site weekly to clean prepare and archive any items donated by locals to the Society.
Free entry to the Tower Museum.
Monthly get togethers are held in the Heritage Centre on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 1.30pm a speaker and afternoon tea provided.
